Gasser Development, LLC was selected for this job because of their expertise in pre-engineered steel buildings, erect and metal framing. This project included approximately 70,000 lineal feet of steel framed walls, some as high as 42 ft. and was accomplished in under 3 months for under $260,000.00.

Gasser Development, LLC was responsible for the complete finish out of all light gauge steel framing, drywall and special paint finishes. These multi-million dollar penthouses are now complete with fabulous views of Camelback Mountain and all of downtown Phoenix.

Our newest awarded contract for well over a million dollars includes construction and restoration for this fabulous 40,000 sq. ft. plus shopping center in Oro Valley Tucson, Arizona. Gasser Development, LLC was awarded this contract in May 2009 and our expected completion will be by the beginning 2010.
